If you phone their "helpline" you get sent a series of bad AI generated emails. My parcel is currently lost, but they started with "experiencing a mismatch between item and driver" followed by "I will tell them to llook for it" until they say "a high likelihood the parcel will not arrive but we are still searching" followed by silence for three weeks. I tell you this as the bad emails did provide some compensatory wntertainment, which you may also enjoy.
