No I don't. I do see a problem with the technology itself (being aware of the many nuances between different kinds of machine learning applications) as well as the circumstances under which it is created and deployed, the set of values that is built into it, the effects it has on the environment, on working people (referring especially to reinforcement learning from human feedback), the environment, and the economy.
So no, I won't blame people for "just not doing it right".
