Nice photo. :-) I had it on a white sheet of paper on a windowsill that was bright but did not have direct sunlight on it. I suspect I need to put it on darker paper just to lower the contrast a bit so the phone can hit the right levels.
I left mine loosely capped over lunch, just to see if slipping the cap over without clicking it into place would be enough to stop it drying out if I get interrupted, since that's my use case at work, and it started immediately. We shall see how it does with being left unused for several days, but that might take a while in normal usage.
