Some of that branch pile was laying there since spring so it was quite wet and overgrown with grass, which it didn't like I guess.
No big deal, there's one bolt to undo and the case hinges open. The flywheel was turning fine but the chute was blocked up where it rotates. Easy to fix. Added a 19mm spanner to the new tractor toolbox :)
