You know that "waterfall" is a parody, right? It's the extreme case of specification programming, but nobody ever did that. Everyone since the '90s has at least heard of agile or XP, even though a vast majority don't implement it correctly (I will note, I'm a Certified Scrum Master, & did XP training with Kent.)
