As far as I can gather, this is a Royal KMG, which was introduced in 1949.
Unknown who this guy is, but he has photos of this model in It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963).
(strangely, he ALSO mentioned the defunct airport that is down the street, Rancho Conejo)
