A customer has just handed me a ~12k line diff across two projects (and that's with exclusions and easy wins removed)... any guesses where it came from?

I'm starting to notice that the comments produced by Claude (Opus 5 in this case) are not very helpful.

I'll try to add more nuance as I wade through this, but human comments are generally not-great (e.g: often stale), while AI comments seem to be one of:

1. overly verbose waffle, difficult to parse and understand
2. lacking context and detail, expecting you to "just know" the code base inside out
