Got out early to pick blackberries before the day heated up
Had 3 boxes filled then while only partially bending over, suddenly got searing pain around the right side of my torso below the ribcage
There aren't any bones there so presumably is a muscle issue
Wasn't even bending over that much, I hate getting old ๐
