DAY 73-74 Yesterday was busy. We were making bits and pieces for our mousse cakes. Was in a group with Ms Know It All, she’s a good worker and I always work well with her. Today we made some more bits and had some theory as well. Maybe some chocolate crunch that was really tasty. Oh and I got officially told my new work experience spot and no surprise. #baking #becomingABaker #bakeryschool
