We never met in person but he was so kind and funny too. He was so supportive through all the stuff i've gone through in recent years, including my own cancer diagnosis and surgery. Sometimes it was only a small comment on a FB post and a 'go steady'. Sometimes a longer chat. And an 'onwards and upwards.'
