The Tyumen refinery has suspended all operations, according to Reuters. The refinery experienced critical blows at the equipments responsible for the production of diesel and high-octane petrol.
It is unclear how long the repairs will take but given the complexity of the damaged components it is likely that the refinery will be out of action for quite some time.
