Correcting the last line of my previous comment, which overstated what had been run. `assembleDebug` and `createDistributable` compile; they run no tests, so saying the gate was green "through" them was wrong.
The gate has now been run in full at the device tip `bec822a2`, which is the sha this pull request names:
