Today is when our second support carer, N, comes over, and the kid still hides in his room for the most part when he's here. N has been coming for two weeks, is very nice and patient, but the kid only wants to talk to him through the door.
I have been told not to worry, just go do something to relax and stop being hypervigilant. Husband is WFH so is around too.
So, have booked a visit to the local cat cafe this afternoon.
My anxiety is telling me off hard. Wish it would stop.
