Sanctioning the #InternationalCriminalCourt #ICC is so much more than just "regrettable". It marks the end of the 1945 settlement, and of the so called #RulesBasedInternationalOrder.
To describe this as "regrettable" is mealy-mouthed and grossly inadequate.

The ICC was established to prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity that might otherwise go unpunished.
