Anyone know a safe, open source way to do basic word processing documents that doesn't hoover up my writing into an LLM these days? And that doesn't spontaneously decide that I'm not allowed to write in the basic ways I've been writing for three decades???
Fuck, do I have to go back to pen and paper to just do basic writing anymore?
