Do rightoids understand that cheating in elections was already illegal? Making it more illegaler doesn't make the cheating go away. How do you people not understand the guns argument that you make all the time?
You would have to put all the people doing the cheating all the way up and down the chain in jail. If you don't get the whole weed it comes back next year.
