I know it doesn't have a built in knob, but you can add one via printable add-ons I want to say, and you can program in a layer for media keys and then some. With how I set up my layer for media controls, I don't really have a need for a dedicated knob, admittedly. I've been using their Ergodox EZ for over 6 years, and it's the best keyboard I've used.
