Kate, one of our new kittens, had the same problem for several days right after we brought her home. Luckily it wasn't an obstruction, so the vet gave her anti-nausea medicine and and advised us to add a few drops of olive oil to her wet food to help things move along. Since Washy is still eating, that might be something to try.
