I remember when I was new and I started following people because I saw something that I liked. I hadn't yet worked up the courage to post anything and I'm not sure that I really understood much about boosting and favoriting posts yet at that point. I have decided that for me, I will wait before I block or mute anyone to give them time to get acclimated to Mastodon if they are a real person.
