A closer look. There's no retrying involved - all these requests are from different IP addresses (column 5). But downloads of this one file appear to have not been completed for 6 downloads; (The "miss" and "hit" are complete downloads; I'm guessing the different bytesize (column 4) is HTTP overhead.
