It literally makes up things. I have tested ChatGPT and other LLMs when conducting research. Though it had the essence of truth (since it sure seemed confident of itself, if it could have emotion), it made up half of the references and twisted facts into perverted knots. And it had no conscience to police itself for its mistakes.
There is no way I would trust that to ensure my medication’s safety.
