I've been trying to explain why people giving you advice on your illness is energetically draining.
The #NEISvoid tag was useful for learning about that (send your rant out into space, others just listen, don't try and solve).
Anybody else have ways of framing it? When the earnest intention of helping isn't helpful, just another thing to deal with.
