Don't apologise for grieving over your beloved October. Cats are family. The grief you feel now is huge but it will become smaller. Unfortunately, I know the symptoms of grief too well as I lost my daughter in March. Give yourself time, be kind to yourself. It's ok to cry and feel sad. Sending hugs xx
