I'm pretty sure this concludes our garden waste shredding. This was the last of the Aubergines (eggplant) and green bell pepper plants. They'll go in to the compost bin to cook down for next year's mulch. Now the garden beds are clear and we can take our soil pH readings and adjust with pelletized lime as needed. Now we can convert the shredder back to it's chipper configuration for dealing with the fruit tree prunings later in the autumn.
