"content": "No heads at my fishmongers this morning :( - someone cleaned them out ysteday 40 heads! I had really wanted to cook with them (since 2 weeks ago). \nWent to another 🐟store nearby \u0026 can't believe they discard badly cut carcasses spine and all and - with collar! Picked them up (not free $1.98/lb came to $8+), and cut out the collar at home.
