a kind of sloppier regex built into shells
- *.html for all HTML files,
- x.[cho] for all C source, header, and object (.c, .h, .o) files for x
- a.{txt,html} for a.html and a.txt
I use these all the time in my CLI workflows, but miss them in graphical file managers and Emacs.
