Another suggestion: Add a reminder to use the mail address which is linked to your Apple ID (for iOS) resp. your Google account (for Android). At least in TestFlight for iOS, it isn't possible to add/download Surf if the invite code was send to a mail address which differs from your Apple ID and which isn't linked to another Apple ID.
