In short, climate change makes insurance impossible. This will have a huge impact on the economy. For instance, new housing requires insurance to build, otherwise the risk is completely with the builder or by proxy with the banks who finance it. They will not give any credits for the building of new homes and the housing crisis will explode. Such effects we will see in many areas, not just real estate.
