1. Linux Mint
I *am not* in any way a comp-sci geek. But I managed to install this on my 2010 MacBook Air which would otherwise be an orphaned brick if Apple had their way.
It works, it's easy, it makes a 16yo laptop feel faster than a modern Win11 entry machine.
