A small stash of stuff may want immediately, but might not be able to buy if you have to evacuate outside office hours. I'm thinking stuff like snacks, etc. Having something to eat in a stressful situation can be quite calming and if the evacuation ends up being a hassle, you might get hungry in the process.
I have a radio/torch thing, battery powered and solar/crank/plug charging, that lives in the car. Not sure if that would be useful to you, but in case the travel to a hotel becomes complicated, it might be handy.
If there's anything you really like to have, but it's difficult to source, you might want to consider having an extra item ready to grab, or at least make sure that one thing is easy and quick to find.
Some of it could double as car emergency stash, like the snacks. So you wouldn't need to have everything on your packing list.
