It's Orange Shirt Day in Canada.
Kowachi annually draws Korra (from the Legend of Korra) with an orange shirt to mark the day of remembrance.
Alt text: This year's drawing shows Korra in the orange shirt standing and holding a smaller girl (in a standard Water Tribe outfit of blue with white fur) on her shoulder. Both Korra and the girl are in a front bicep pose - although one of Korra's arms is holding the girl's legs - and both are smiling.
