It’s as far as I know, a feature of Mona app (npub1frs…09cc). I believe it’s extended data that the app keeps in the iCloud sync location for me. I “Edit Notes” on a user, then I can pick custom colors, so when I see a user appear with a red username, I know at a glance that they really do not want any sort of replies, or they are unpleasant, or abusive, or otherwise generally wretched. I used to just think I could stop there, now I’m building a list. To sequester them away.
