I can see where this technology could help thousands of people, My late uncle who got me into astronomy, shortwave and radio communications and electronics was a quadriplegic due to an auto accident. he was hella smart, but after the accident all he could mone was his right arm and right wrist. He had some type of device (this is the 70's-80's) that strapped to his wrise that allowed him to grip things by bending his wrist allowing him to feed himself and operate the remote control for his TV and his electric wheel chair.

His biggest desire though was out of each. He was into short wave listening, he would get the old Heathkit catalogs and wanted to order shortwave radio kits, but was unable to build them.

Technology like this would have vastly improved his quality of life.
