Yeah, this is a very interesting chart but it needs a _lot_ of effort to interpret, and is only a start without data for earlier years.
The convergence to within 9% is also interesting. On the other hand, up to 90% of this sort of research is bunk (that's if it's "psychology." don't have a figure for social studies, so....
