Ok I’m accepting defeat.
I think the jar labeled French lentils was either so old it’s not cookable or it’s an indian lentil of some sort that needs to be sprouted or pressure cooked.
I’m fishing the chunks of carrot and kielbasa out and have a highly abbreviated dinner.
Might eat the leftovers that we were slated for tomorrow’s lunch.
