I'd think the framing is still flawed because there can be no outside capitalism while it exists and all the structures that affirm it exist (e.g. wages, states, police, prisons, borders, alienation, seperation, Spectacle, etc.). As such, there is no island of anarchy and there can be no island of communism.

Unfortunately the answer is, abolish those states too through international revolution.
