**Mutual strikes hit energy, industrial sites**

Ukraine says it struck an industrial plant in Perm and hit a petrochemical plant in Tolyatti; Russia says the Tolyatti facility was instead damaged by a drone attack and that Ukrainian strikes killed five people in Belgorod and Lipetsk. Each side's claims about the other's strikes are unverified by independent sources.
