I thought the issue was about bilingual packaging, which is a federal law, not a Québec one. When was the last time you heard this province support bilingual anything?
Maybe it's just the circles I move in, but it's very rare that I've heard complaints about bilingual packaging. There was that guy back in Winnipeg twenty years ago...
