A lot of the code I worked on was single-threaded batch COBOL and S/370 Assembler that ABENDed with such regularity that I quit setting my alarm clock when I was on call. I'd be flabbergasted if an LLM could produce maintainable multi-threaded applications in a contemporary object-oriented language.
