I don't think I'm alone when saying this, but every time I read, hear and see news about what's happening in Palestine it breaks my heart and I feel a collective sense of powerlessness like I've never felt before - because I know there are people out there protesting and doing whatever they can to stop this violence but none of their efforts seem to amount to anything impactful when it comes to actually making a difference, and quite the opposite as their every move and action is being met with resistance and suppression from the people in power. The difference between the powerful (few) and the powerless (rest) are never more apparent.....
