Not everyone is capable of taking in new information & allowing it to actually impact their beliefs the way my parents are, but STILL it is possible.
We took a tour of a historical site last time they were in town. My dad asked the tour guide about the *racial history* of the city & listened & asked questions while she told him what she knew.
WHAT.
Point being: the information & research that is available to us now DOES have the ability to change people's minds & perspectives.
