Joburg has issues, sure, but honestly our green spaces are something special. 🌿
Klipriviersberg won the International Large Urban Park Award, and Jhb City Parks & Zoo picked up the Leading Parks Organisation Award from World Urban Parks in Istanbul, Turkey.
For a city that gets dragged all the time, it’s cool to see our green spaces (and the people who care for them) get some global recognition.
A little reminder that Joburg isn’t only concrete and chaos, we've got pockets of magic too! 💚
