I've offered to spend time reading stories to my friend's 10-year-old via audio/video conference. She tells me that her daughter would really be excited to do it from her own phone (i.e., not using mom's phone). That's fine, I said, but you'll need to install Signal. I don't use any of the other bullshit.
So now we will have a 10-year-old using Signal. That's how we do it. One person at a time.
