yea, I don't know how well my contempt for the situation was conveyed sufficiently, but I'm pretty sure if someone put the money up for a lawyer either Riverbend could have been protected or DCR would have had to full-time close the road from anyone all week. I don't think there is any legal basis for just choosing to ignore the state law of having it be a park on Sundays
