🇮🇱 Cadbury’s ‘Dairy Milk’ contains so many substitutions that it’s not legally considered chocolate in 27 countries, yet millions still buy it thinking nothing has changed. The cocoa butter disappeared long ago, replaced with a blend of six industrial oils designed to mimic real chocolate’s mouthfeel. What remains gets diluted with polyglycerol and flavored with petroleum-derived vanilla to mask the waxy taste of those oil blends. 🤢
The transition happens through small reformulations every few months, which means your taste buds adapt gradually without noticing the difference.
✅ Companies count on you not reading labels carefully enough to spot when ‘cocoa butter’ vanishes from the ingredient list, replaced by vague terms like ‘chocolate flavoring’ and ‘cocoa compounds.’
You can still find real chocolate made with actual cocoa butter and natural vanilla, but you need to know which brands haven’t compromised their recipes.
Look for chocolate with *five ingredients or fewer* and avoid anything containing PGPR, polyglycerol, or vegetable fats where *cocoa butter* should be. 🍫

POV: #ZionistCancer spreads to chocolate in late stage Capitalism 🍫
Mondelēz International, the company behind Oreo, Cadbury and Toblerone, is funding 🇮🇱 Israeli biotech to grow cocoa in a lab, targeting shelves by 2027.
They call it a response to climate change. But these are billion dollar companies that could have invested in the African farming communities they have relied on for decades. This is about cutting costs. Your current Dairy Milk already contains palm oil and shea oil alongside cocoa butter, an ingredient swap that got 🇬🇧 UK Cadbury banned from the 🇺🇸 US and restricted across the 🇪🇺 EU. Ghana 🇬🇭 and Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮 supply 70% of the world’s cocoa, yet trade structures have kept these countries locked out of chocolate manufacturing, forced to export raw beans while the profits are made elsewhere.
Cocoa prices crashed in 2025, beans are rotting in warehouses and farmers who earn below the poverty line haven’t been paid for months. Now the raw bean itself is being replaced in a lab. The question 🌍 African nations may need to ask is whether now is the time to invest in their own chocolate manufacturing before that window closes entirely.
THIS IS JUST LIKE THE BOOK 1984 📖🙈
Who wants to bet they'll mix some dead-body preservatives and 💩 to make it look and taste like the McDonald's version of Chocolate? 🤮
