It was pretty annoying honestly, I remember PurplePainter (nprofile…cslq) saying, what CAN you have? And a little overwhelming. Something I did learn though is there's a lot of herbs on the do not consume list and much of it is like in medicinal doses and I initially took it as culinary advice.
