Unfortunately there are no mock exams for the IAAP certifications. It is a hot topic and brought up by a lot of people, since it isn''t really accessible to provide an incling to what to expect at an exam.
On the second part in your toot: CPACC is the basic certification. It isn't about technical stuff (practical accessibility), since that is for the WAS. For the CPACC it is about understanding disabilities, legislation, accomodations and assistive technology. The IAAP provides a Body of Knowledge that contain everything they want you to know for the CPACC exam.
