One could consider this a form of correction via inflicting pain. The low-IQ and/or the estrogenic do not respond to higher White concepts like reason and respect, but instead by the lower animal instincts of pain vs pleasure. Ie, if you want to encourage a behavior you reward with some sort of pleasure (eg giving treats to a good doggo) or discourage an act by inflicting pain (eg smacking a toddler's hand away when he starts playing with the knobs on your oven). The pain can be psychological like merely insulting or yelling at someone or something; it needn't be physical agony.
