I don't see how i am wrong because all i am saying is ETFs only give you price exposure not the real asset and you can't spend or move it as you please. Then there's the custody risk you brought up. I also pointed out how BlackRock as the issuer is the one that actually has ownership of the coins. That's the real story here, not so much the mechanics of the different types of ETFs.
