It's striking that Aharon Haliva said that someone who was sitting in his office, a few months after the war started, told him:
"It's lucky that this (October 7) happened to those leftist kibbutzniks, who made sure to transport all those Gazans for cancer treatment in Ichilov and Tel Hashomer."
